There are 2 sofas, TV and dvd player, plus a stereo system, and the dining table seats 4 comfortably. The well-appointed kitchen has an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave, and the master bedroom, with king size bed, TV, and built in wardrobes, also benefits from views over the sea and coastline. The second bedroom has two 3ft single beds, and a luxury en-suite shower room with shower cubicle, wc, heated towel rail and basin, and the main bathroom is beautifully fitted with a bath, wc, heated towel rail and basin.
- Stunning sea and coastal views. Heating (electric radiators) and electricity is included, sorry no pets or smoking. Free Wi-Fi. Outside there is a private parking space, and access to a cliff top viewing point (this viewing point is not suitable for unaccompanied young children).
- The village centre and harbour is approx. 5 minutes walk downhill from the property. 10% discount when occupied by 2 people apart from period between 21st July to 31st August. Not suitable for children under the age of 5. Access information - level access from car park to building; 1 step into the building and level access to apartment.

VISITORS COMMENTS : - Fantastic apartment - we loved watching the harbour activity, and the boats coming and going. Stunning coastal walks, and a great base from which to explore the gardens of Cornwall.
The views from this flat are second to none. We couldn't believe our luck.
