We are a small family-run agency based in Mevagissey, Cornwall, which has been providing couples and families with memorable holidays in carefully chosen cottages and apartments for nearly 30 years. Guests return year after year thanks to the friendly personal service they receive from us, and our wide knowledge of each property ensures all guest enquiries can be answered immediately and accommodation recommended to meet the customers’ specific requirements. We do not charge guests any additional booking fees or hidden insurance charges – what they see is what they pay.

Our property owners may be in Cornwall or on the other side of the world but all get the same personal attention; we live and work here in Mevagissey and are on call round the clock to ensure the guests staying in your property receive a prompt personal response, and we have a range of local tradesmen available to quickly sort out any problems that may arise. Unlike most agencies we do not restrict the number of weeks an owner can stay in their own property, have no set-up fees and charge a very reasonable commission (we are not vat registered) believing that small is beautiful – we don’t want to take over the world, we just want to offer a really good service to guests and owners within this immediate area. We restrict the number of properties we offer to maintain that personal touch and to ensure guests don’t have to spend hours searching the website when they already know that they want to stay in this beautiful area of Cornwall!
