Situated on the edge of the cliff above Mevagissey, the property has exceptional far-reaching views across the bay to Fowey and round to Chapel Point, plus a large balcony and private covered parking.



ACCOMMODATION – Marine Point has been designed to make the most of its stunning location; the sitting/dining room looks out over the sea, and has doors that open onto the balcony. Cornish artwork, oak woodwork and limestone tiling reflect the quality of the property. There are three comfy sofas, a smart tv, dining table for 6 and separate workspace, and the kitchen has an electric hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave. and coffee machine. The master bedroom has a superking (6ft) bed and an en-suite shower room, while the flexible second bedroom, which enjoys views over Mevagissey Bay, can be made up as 3ft single beds or as a second superking bed. The third bedroom has a single bed, and all the bedrooms have smart tv’s and the beds have luxurious pocket sprung mattresses. The large family bathroom is fitted with a bath with shower over, wc, heated towel rail and basin. Superfast Wi-Fi is included.

GENERAL INFORMATION – The village centre and harbour is approx. 5 minutes walk downhill from the property. Not suitable for children under the age of 9. Sorry, no pets. Access information – level access from car park to building; one flight of steps down to the apartment.
