Penare is situated on the brow of the hill heading south from Mevagissey towards Portmellon and Gorran Haven, and it is just a 5 minute downhill walk to the village centre with its shops and restaurants, or you can walk through the gardens opposite the apartments directly down to the harbour. The self-contained apartment, with a private entrance, has a prime “front line” elevated location with panoramic views from the living room and balcony.
ACCOMODATION – ‘Penare’ has accommodation over 2 floors, and enjoys stunning harbour and bay views from the first floor sitting room, which also has patio doors leading onto a good-sized balcony. The apartment has its own private entrance, with the front door leading into the ground floor kitchen/diner, which has been fitted with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher, and a dining table for 4. Stairs rise to the first floor, and the light and airy sitting room, with panoramic views, Smart TV, and patio doors to the balcony, which has a table and chairs. Off the sitting room is the newly renovated double bedroom, with wardrobe and chest of drawers, and a small en-suite with shower, wc and basin.
FEATURES – Penare has a designated parking space in the private car park (there are steps from the car park to the front of the building). The apartment has a storage shed ideal for surf boards, bikes, etc. Free wi-fi.
