The Sail Loft is a beautifully modernised self-contained apartment, situated on the top floor of a 3-storey grade 2 listed harbourside building, with stunning harbour and sea views and the convenience of on-site parking. The property has an open plan living area with a very comfortable sitting room, newly fitted well -equipped kitchen, and spacious dining area, plus 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making the apartment ideal for both families and couples, particularly as it is less than a minutes walk from the village centre, restaurants, etc. The location on the edge of the quayside gives guests an insight into the life of a small fishing village, as the tide comes in and goes out.

ACCOMMODATION – The L-shaped main room, which enjoys fantastic sea and harbour views, has a dining table seating 6, two comfy sofa’s and a TV, while the new kitchen is fitted with an electric hob and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. The master double bedroom, with wardrobe and large chest of drawers, has harbour views out to the lighthouse and the sea beyond, and an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, wc, towel rail and basin. The second bedroom has twin beds (one 2 ft 6″and the other 3 ft) and plenty of storage, and the family bathroom has a bath with electric shower over, basin, towel rail and wc.

FEATURES – The Sail Loft overlooks the harbour. Electricity, bed linen, bathroom towels and heating (electric heating) is included. The Sail Loft has a courtyard below, where there is one allocated parking space, and a shared storage area for bikes, surf boards, etc.

GENERAL INFORMATION – 10% discount when occupied by 2 people, applicable all year round. Access information – external steps from the parking area up to the second floor, and 1 step into the property from a small decked area. Due to the steps, it is not recommended for people with mobility problems. The parking area is accessed through an archway off the quayside, and is not suitable for particularly large or wide vehicles – width 7ft 9 inches wide increasing to 8 ft 3 inches wide at the far end, and 7 ft 7 inches high.
